I think it is Plusia contexta. Note large elongated apical silver spot. It is shorter and narrower in Plusia putnami.

Thanks for looking at this...
When I first found it I wasn't sure about the ID so I asked Les Ferge who has been studying Wisconsin moths for many years. His comment was "I have never seen
P. contexta
with a divided median spot, it is bilobed but always continuous, and the apical spot is more narrowed and elongated." But I agree with you - the apical spot looks more like
