this looks like one of the many crane flies in the area. It was at my front door and when I came in so did "it". After landing on my kitchen door I noticed that it is missing a leg. Can we further ID this flier? Will its missing leg be a problem with its continued life in my bug friendly house?

Legs
Crane flies often lose legs. I don't know how much their lives are affected.
