A small spider that I would appreciate knowing what it is.

Philodromidae.
This looks like a crab spider in the family Philodromidae. The pear-shaped, truncated abdomen is pretty characteristic. Nice image.

Thanks again Eric. Can't believe that evry image I have posted were taken in the garden. Some good and some bad insects I suppose.
