Axysta extera (MA)
The short costa (ending at vein R4+5) and the abdominal shape identify this as Axysta extera (formerly Microlytogaster extera). Nice addition to Bugguide!

Can't remember the genus, but the convex, broad, punctate abdomen is a key feature.
