not in the cellar - Pholcus
goshen, Orange County, New York, USA
June 23, 2019
Size: body apx4-5mm
Found on an outside wall but still reminds me of something in Pholcus. ID help always appreciated

Moved
Moved from ID Request. Leaning P. manueli but would need a picture of the face to confirm my suspicions.

I can ID it with more photos.
It is definitely in the Pholcidae family. I suspect it to be in the Pholcus genus as well. Could you provide other photos for me to get it down to genus and species? If this is all I have to go off of, then I would probably say it is either P. manueli or P. phalangioides.

sorry, but this one was outside and not my usual cellar resident. It moved away and was not contracted to return form another take.
