Ptenothrix maculosa
Indeed. Given it is more pale than the other specimen, this must be a young adult. It could be a male. Since females have more moults then males, females can grow much darker (and bigger) than males.

The two specimens I photographed were only about 1 inch apart, in a depression in the rock.
