Female cribellate dictynid - female

Female cribellate dictynid - Female
Parker Dam Camp, ca. 0.75 mi S of Parker Dam, San Bernardino County, California, USA
June 11, 2019
Size: 2 mm
David Vander Pluym found this spider in a web, collected it and sent it to me for ID and to preserve as a specimen. It looks to be one of the low-clypeus cribellate dictynid genera, but it's hard to get farther than that (for me at least) with a female. The "epigynum" looks like a triangular scape, but I'm wondering if this could be a penultimate female rather than a full adult given the coloration and non-sclerotized appearance?
