Ammophila procera? - Ammophila procera - female

Ammophila procera? - Ammophila procera - Female
Clermont, Lake County, Florida, USA
June 28, 2019
Saw this poor fella in my backyard, then noticed there was a wasp flying around it. Ran inside to grab my camera, and next thing I know the wasp drags its prey into the hole it made. It then proceeded to pickup relatively large sand clusters and rocks, put them in the hole, and cover them up with sand. By the time it was done, the ground was completely flat and you couldn't tell a hole was ever there. I assume this is Ammophila procera, though I have no idea what it's preying on. Thoughts on that would be appreciated!

Female
Hunting = ♀
The prey appears to be a Prominent Moth Cat. (Subfamily Heterocampinae) It is probably something close to Heterocampa astarte.
