Foxtail bugs, Hemiptera?? - Stenotus binotatus

Foxtail bugs, Hemiptera?? - Stenotus binotatus
Springfield, Windsor County, Vermont, USA
June 24, 2019
Size: Less than 1/4" long
I had one person suggest Hemiptera for these. They may be related insects, but look to be different species. Both found on the heads of Foxtail grass.

Moved
Moved from ID Request.

Same species; one individual is just more boldly colored than the other.
