Roadside rest area. Short (mowed) grass on limestone. I'm pretty sure this is just a bit N of Kerr Co. in Gillespie Co.

That's what it is. Very close (perhaps variants of the same species) to E. sordidus, but you are in E. costalis country, no E. sordidus down there.
