Size: 15 mm
Dorsal view. It was hard to focus on the grasshopper from overhead, so excellent was its camouflage.

Median ridge is feeble, pronotum almost flat, matching description of Tetrix arenosa given in Helfer's (1) key. See other image for discussion of identification.
