Could the wasp on the left be Cerceris and the other be some type of chalcid? Thank you for your help!

Yes, you are correct ...
... the one on the right does appear to be a chalcidoid of some type, but it is extremely difficult to get this one even to family.

L looks like Trypoxylon
chalcids are not bees
