I found these on Lupine pods - Lupinus perennis. Identified by James Trager as Alydus; probably A. eurinus. Here's a better photo of the nymphs:

From the Info Page: "Pronotum with rounded hind angles, with no pale margins, head and pronotum densely hairy and punctuate, membrane all dark." Seems to hit all points.
