At first glance this appeared to be the frequently encountered P. tibialis...but a closer look brought me to my senses ;-)

The hyaline discal cell, relatively bold whitish humeral ("shoulder") markings, reddish scutellum, and the pale rectangular area surrounded by brown on the cheek (visible in 2nd photo)...all led me to recognize this as P. marginata.
