You
can always use the key in Downie & Arnett (Beetles of northeastern North America, if you can get a copy. Not likely in Marseille). It wasn't changed from Arnett's 1953 family revision (as Cephaloidae) in the Proc. US National Museum, vol. 103, No. 3321.
Spending my time sorting a bunch of aderids from Oklahoma and Arkansas tonight. A few goodies amongst the usual suspects.
