Size: ~35 mm
This large red Ichneumon with black wings resembles Ophion, but is much larger than the size range indicated on the BG info page. Came to black lights but never sat still.

O. slossonae is one of the few species with pigmented wings, and it's notable for its large size (Schwarzfeld notes it as the largest in her 2013 study).

I think the majority of our dark-winged specimens are probably this species, but right now I'm only considering moving those that also include a size.
