This is a nymph of the introduced (from Europe) Gryllotalpa gryllotalpa, currently only established in Westchester county and a few adjacent counties in CT

Northern Mole Cricket?
I'm no cricket expert but looks like a mole cricket with those digging spines on the forelegs. Going on range, Northern Mole Cricket, Neocurtilla hexadactyla, seems most likely. Hopefully, an expert will confirm... or correct!
