J & J : SE AZ records
Doesn't list E. delphinii but does have E. incisa & Parasa chloris. I don't find E. obliqua anywhere for refererence. E delphinii or E incisa seems more likely.

In BGN: images show closest match by a specimen from OK; ID 'd as E delphinii.

Euclea
This is Euclea incisa.

Not Parasa
According to J.D. Roberts' comments here http://bugguide.net/node/view/158413/bgimage, "The Parasa species have green thoracic scaling, while Euclea has brown." (Not that you were considering it, I just commented for completeness.)
