Sort of looks like a Dusky Stink Bug with that white spot on it's back. Please help with ID.

The picture resemble a predator Holcostethus, the white spot on scutellum, also the shoulder shape is very similar.

Thyanta sp?
I'm thinking this might be a species of Thyanta, but would need to key out an actual specimen to be sure.
