1059 -- Newman's Mathildana Moth -- Mathildana newmanella
This little moth is actually shown in the Covell Field Guide (but hard to recognize, it's so small). There's one photo of it recently added to MPG Living Moths Plate 01b. I'd love to add this photo to that plate if you will email me with permission.

Fairy moth?
Perhaps a fairy moth, likely genus Adela. I saw a couple last spring in Durham County, apparently a male and female:



Yours looks somewhat different. Well, I think that's what this is!
