1059 -- Newman's Mathildana Moth -- Mathildana newmanella
This little moth is actually shown in the Covell Field Guide (but hard to recognize, it's so small). There's one photo of it recently added to
MPG Living Moths Plate 01b

Fairy moth?
Perhaps a fairy moth, likely genus
