This may actually be an example of the variable Pleocoma behrensii. Although the hirsute pronotum is characteristic of the hirticollis group, also present in some populations of behrensii, the number of antennal lamallae do not coincide: usually 7 in hirticollis (sensu lato) and 4-5 in behrensii.
