Small yellow insect?

Small yellow insect?
SEATTLE, King County, Washington, USA
July 13, 2019
Size: Small
Found dozens in my car's door jambs (mostly in the tailgate) and outside of car. I haven't seen any inside the car. Very small, about the size of a pen tip. We recently spent time in a wooded area of Eastern WA. Any insight on what these are and how to get rid of them?

Frassed
Moved from Aphids.

I'm sure they've disappeared by now, but since its an aphid you don't really have to do anything to get rid of them. They will die without access to their preferred host plants.

Can't ID beyond family with this image, they're tough to photograph.
