body-lice or bed-bug or ... ? - Cimex lectularius
Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
July 12, 2019
Size: 3-4mm
I found this moving on my hand during the day (afternoon) at home. Its size was 3-4mm, and it was fed with blood (as it spread over the napkin when I killed it). This is the first time that I see such a thing... I hope it's not a bed bug.. though I doubt between bed bug and body lice.

Bed Bug or close relative...
Something in Cimicidae at any rate. You'd probably need a sharper image to say much more.

Thank you
Thank you Ken, unfortunately this is the sharpest image I have.. So does this mean that it's not anything like a body lice, right?

Correct
It's not a louse. It's a bed bug or close relative.
