Pteromalidae?

Size: 3mm
This dark green chalcid wasp was collected from an arborvitae. I'm not entirely sure which family it belongs to, but I think it resembles a Pteromalid. Other families, however, also include metallic species. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, this is a Pteromalidae! Clues are the shape of (parts of) the thorax, and of course the wing venation!
Also clearly visible is that it has 5 tarsal segments on its leg, whereas for example in the family Eulophidae they have four!
