Tiger Fly? - Leucopis

Tiger Fly? - Leucopis
Herndon, Fairfax County, Virginia, USA
September 16, 2006
Looks like his antennae are wider, though, and he's bluer.

Moved
Moved from Lauxaniidae.

Leucopis
I believe this is a Leucopis sp. Nice image!

Lauxanioidea
i think it's lauxaniidae, but there's some chance it is Chamaemyiidae.

Ashley,
what a nice shot of a cool looking white fly and its chrystal ball!

Thank you!
I like its pale bluish tinge. =)
