Forficula dentata - Female
Boise, Ada County, Idaho, USA
July 9, 2019
Exceedingly abundant in roadside area near hotel at night - never before have I seen such numbers of this species! The smaller trees in the area had at least one earwig per leaf, at least on the lower branches I could reach, each milkweed plant had 5 or 6 individuals - and the ground was crawling with them.
