Added -
pics of arista and setae on wing veins - looks great to me, although I don't know if anything else has this combo. I assume this is T. setipennis?

Hairy
Lots of hairs on the wing veins, even some on Cu. In Sarcophagidae at least Lepidodexia has them. In Tachinidae, some Siphonini which this doesn't look like. Others too I don't remember.
