Question Mark Butterfly? - Polygonia interrogationis

Question Mark Butterfly? - Polygonia interrogationis
Bullitt County, Kentucky, USA
July 11, 2019
Question Mark Butterfly? visited back deck but would not let me get a picture of more than just it's side...

Moved to Polygonia interrogationis.
Moved from ID Request.

The silver "question mark" is unusually faint but appears to be present. The shape of the wings is typical of Question Mark. Actually for Polygonia, the underside of the wings is often just as useful or even more useful than the the upperside.
