Size: ~1cm/0.5in
Found several of these last Summer. I observed them feeding on ragweed leaves, but they also liked tomato leaves.

Thanks Jeff, this was shot using a Canon Rebel XT with a Canon MP-E 65mm macro lens along with a Canon 430 EX flash- with a home made diffuser (constructed from aluminum cans, duct tape and a paper towel)
