Identification
distinguished from all other berytids by the white, rounded and conical tubercles on the anterior and basal edges of the pronotal lobe. (Henry, 1996)
Range
se. AZ, s. TX / Mex. to Venezuela (LSF); TX is a new state record (1)(BG data)
Life Cycle
Two specimens collected on Desmodium sp. (Fabaceae). A series from Jalisco, Mexico, collected on a low-growing plant with red flowers. (Henry, 1996)
