I'm sure this is a common enough species. I just couldn't find another example in the guide.

Moved
Moved from Frass.

Frassed
Moved from ID Request.

Why Frass?
Seems like a good image and a nice addition to the guide. Only a small number of images of this species present in the guide. Is the depth of field not good enough?

Ok, I'll un-frass it.
I didn't think it had enough definition and colour to it.

ID
Looks like Scoliopterix libatrix (The Herald).

Thank you.
Looks right to me. I even have a collection of caterpillars feeding on my willow that I wasn't able to identify, but thanks to your lead, I can place them all now. :)
