This is the discussion to which I was referring: https://bugguide.net/node/view/61464. I seen now that it's pretty old, though.

Female
Eye-gap = ♀
Fully developed wings = Adult
Note, the thorax and scutellum are all-dark, which should rule out Hedriodiscus vertebratus.
