Rugosana pullata
based on illustrations of the pregenital sternite in DeLong & Freytag 1964. there's a slight difference with the lobes at the farthest ends of the sternite, so I'll talk to Kyle before making a page. looks like variation though, as Rugosana sternites are generally distinct.

 
If your two most recent determinations of
R. pullata and R. compta are accepted, you would have doubled the number of Rugosana species represented on BugGuide!

regardless, these two species are definitely neither manua or querci, so they're consequential whether ID'd to species or not

 
your expert attention to these critters
