This tiny Rove Beetle was attracted to lights. Can anyone help with the ID?

Piestinae: Siagonium sp.
Looks like S. punctatum to me. Precise statements on size for staphylinids is valuable in identifying them. "Tiny" for me is 1-2 mm. This beetle should be about 5 mm long, moderate in size by my standards.

 
Or more likely Siagonium amer
Or more likely Siagonium americanum, based on the light color.

Don, I was able to calculate the beetle's length because I know the lens was at its closest focus and it was a 180mm lens with 1.4x teleconverter. The size I come up with is 5.2 mm, so about right for the species you propose.
