Dorcas Copper?
Probably Lycaena dorcas. However, I don't see either this or Purplish Copper, L. helloides, often enough to be certain at separating them. I think Flin Flon might be beyond the range for Purplish, too.

More images.
I went back to the exact same spot this morning. There was quite possibly the same butterfly there as yesterday but this time it opened it's wings. Submitted a separate observation since the date is different.
