Are these ...
common in your home? If you have no trouble finding them you could confirm the ID by sending one out to be looked at under a microscope.

I would need instructions to send a specimen i.e. live or in a solution and mailing address.

Typically people ...
ask for a preserved specimen (isopropyl works), particular instructions depend on who you send it to. The person I was initially thinking of mentioned he wasn't currently IDing spiders for other people but I will see if I can find someone who'd be interested in doing it.

I don’t know ...
If there’s enough detail there for confirmation but will take a closer look later and ask around if there have been any confirmed sightings (sometimes it takes a while for the official known ranges to be updated).
