Assassin bug? - Arilus cristatus

Assassin bug? - Arilus cristatus
Fort Wayne, Allen County, Indiana, USA
July 25, 2019
Size: 1 inch
I first spotted this insect holding a 2nd instar Monarch caterpillar on a Butterfly Milkweed. I have never seen such an insect but from my search believe it could be an Assassin bug. Need verification and the species. I'm a newbie on this site and hope I submitted correctly. This may be a duplicate as the first submission did not seem to work.

Thank you so much! I suspected that as a possibility, but really needed to hear from an expert.
