June 25, 2019: quite a few larvae in woven leaves of Honewort, Cryptotaenia canadensis, (but nary a one on these plants in the yard).
July 2, 2019: cocoon between leaves

October 30, 2019: Kyle Johnson says: "Your moth is Depressaria cinereocostella, a fairly common species in the Driftless Area but seldom reported in most regions. I took one at bait on March 31, 2015 at Red Oak Prairie" (IA).
