I have looked at tons of images and have not been able to identify this.

Frassed - not needed for guide.

Actually, these exuviae belong to stoneflies (Plecoptera). On the left is Pteronarcys. The one on the right is out of focus, but may belong to Perlidae. There isn't much potential for further ID from these photos, I'm afraid.

dragonfly nymph skins
These are the exuviae (shed skins) of dragonfly nymphs that have crawled up out of the water to emerge as adults. You have 2 different genera here in these two photos, I think.
