Erynnis species
I think it is rather impossible to determine this is a Funereal Duskywing from a backlit individual. Virtually any of the Duskywings, photographed from this backlit view, would show considerable brilliance along the margin, which consists of fine hairlike scales that would appear white when backlit. A dorsal shot would really be needed to determine this individual to species rank.

Hindwing fringe appears to be white thus Funereal duskywing
