I found this in a area with palmetto bushes. there is also a lot of Palm Planthoppers. Couldn't get a face on.

It gives for the explanation of names as most members of this tribe are good jumpers, they are great jumpers. I have seen a half dozen and this is the first picture.

 
They do jump a lot
and can be hard to photograph. Yours is probably this one.
