Agallia constricta or quadripunctata - Agallia lingula

Agallia constricta or quadripunctata - Agallia lingula
Birmingham, Jefferson County, Alabama, USA
July 29, 2019

the difference
A. lingula no spots on thorax
A. quadripunctata is stouter than A. constricta
... or something else visially different?
Thank you for the ID.

difference
I think that's a pretty good way to describe it. Lingula lacks any spots on the pronotum and tends to have this pale wavy mark instead [on the pronotum]. At least that's what the description/specimen shows, I've never seen this species myself.

Moved tentatively
Moved from Agallia.
