Prionus beetles - Prionus lecontei

Prionus beetles - Prionus lecontei
Mariposa, Mariposa County, California, USA
July 20, 2019
Size: Approx 2”
I saw quite a few Prionus beetles, and thought they were all Prionus californicus. However, someone suggested on my iNaturalist upload that this one was actually P. lecontei. Which one is this, and what is the best way to differentiate between them?

P. californicus generally has 12 antennal segments while P. lecontei has 13. The lobes on the antennal segments for P. lecontei are much more pronounced, as in this specimen.
