What bug causes these galls that look like tiny green grapes? - Dasineura investita

What bug causes these galls that look like tiny green grapes? - Dasineura investita
Ottawa County, Michigan, USA
July 31, 2019
Size: 2-7mm
Transluscent green leaf galls are formed on Laportea canadensis. Most are about 7mm. The outer area of the gall is succulent making the gall look like a tiny grape. Inside is a brownish capsule containing a white larva, 2mm. Any idea what "bug" larva this might be?
