I must have moved this one by mistake when I was cleaning up this genus 5 years ago. This one is indeed dubia; virginica never has that much black speckling, and the other Spilosoma don't have the yellow abdomen.

Strange case...
The shape of this image resembles
Hyphantria cunea
, but the orange abdomen shown in your second image more resembles
Spilosoma virginica
. Can be moved to
Arctiini
.
My final guess would probably be
Spilosome virginica
, because there are no pictures of a Fall Webworm with an orange abdomen.

Another species that is possibly this image would be a Many-spotted Tiger Moth -
Hypercompe permaculata
. I doubt it, though.
