ID Request - Which Tussock Moth - Dasychira

ID Request - Which Tussock Moth - Dasychira
Pitkin, Vernon Parish, Louisiana, USA
July 27, 2019
gathering_2019

I have this one in my files as 8301 – Dasychira leucophaea which MPG shows as possible in LA and appears to look like this one to me, but possibly I missed a difference in the PM line. However these Tussocks often vary so much that I never feel comfortable with my ID's. Posted as a comparitive photo and opinion to Marcis's . Either ID would be new for Charles but the Dasychira meridionalis at least has had a caterpillar reported in LA.
