Posted to verify species since the listed keys don't key Synchita to species. There is a mention in BugGuide that there is only 1 species of Synchita in the west (lecontei).

Taken in a Lindgren Funnel set out from July 26 to Aug 2, 2019.

Characters of note.
-- Antennal groove short and straight or obsolete.
-- Pronotum quadrate.
-- Elytral setae scale like.
-- 3rd antennal segment 3x as long as wide (not as long as all segments 4-6 or 1-2 together).
-- Antennal club 1 segmented.
