Sure this bee belongs to the Leaf-cutter and Friends group (Megachile)...but is it a Modest Cuckoo Leaf-cutter Bee (Coelioxys) ? -

Really noticed the sharp abdomen when this bee was in profile. Feeding on flowers in my deck garden.
