Smaller red and gray bug - Jadera haematoloma

These insects appear to be ground dwellers. The smaller ones are red with no wings and the larger ones are gray with wings. They both have red eyes. There were a ton of them on the ground underneath some wood debris. They don't appear to cause any damage to plant material.
