Thread-waisted Wasp feeding on Stonecrop Sedum - Eumenes fraternus

Thread-waisted Wasp feeding on Stonecrop Sedum - Eumenes fraternus
Omaha, Douglas County, Nebraska, USA
September 3, 2018
I am sure this is some type of thread-waisted wasp. I notice that it has two-toned legs and maybe a bend in antennae. I thought it might be some type of mud-dauber or Katydid or wood roach wasp but am trying to increase my observation skills, so I maybe way off base.:) Feeding on Stonecrop sedum in my flower bed.

The fore wing is folded around the hind wing which is characteristic of vespids. a sphecid wasp would have its fore wing flat.
The thin "waist" on these wasps and in the genus Zethus can be confusing

Could it be Eumenes fraternus?
